BOOKING / DEPOSIT
A deposit of 60% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
Balance payment must be made no later than [ 7 ] seven days prior to the event.
If full payment is not received by the due date , CHOLA VIRUNTHU CATERERS will not proceed with any preparation for the event.

MENU / SERVICES
Menu Confirmation: Final menu selections must be confirmed [ 3 ] three days before the event.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements: Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements [ 3 ] three days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Our standard service time is [ 6 ] six hours. Additional service time will be charged at [ RM 50.00 ] RINGGIT MALAYSIA: LIMA PULUH RINGGIT per hour.
EVENT CHANGES / GUEST
Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed [ 5 ] five days before the event. This count will be used for the final billing.
Changes: Any changes to the event details (e.g., time, location) must be informed [ 1 ] one week before the event. This will be used make us easy arrangement and calculate the final billing.
SERVICES / TRANSPORTATIONS
Chef On The–Spot : Chef on site will incur charges of [ RM 80.00 ] RINGGIT MALAYSIA: LAPAN PULUH RINGGIT per chef. { its will be FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ] if choose any promotion packages } *kindly reconfirm to our sales representative for FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ].
Waiters/Servers: Waiter or Servers are charged at [ RM 60.00 ] RINGGIT MALAYSIA: ENAM PULUH RINGGIT per person for buffet service and dome service. { its will be FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ] if choose any promotion packages } *kindly reconfirm to our sales representative for FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ].
Transportations: A minimum Transportation Charges applies. { its will be FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ] if choose any promotion packages } *kindly reconfirm to our sales representative for FREE OF CHARGE [ FOC ].
Additional charges shall apply for transportation , chefs and service staff for functions outside Klang Valley.
