A. CANCELLATION NOTICE

Written Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to

B. CANCELLATION TERMS

90 Days: If client requests cancellation 90 days before the event , (20%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
89-60 Days: If client requests cancellation 89-60 days before the event , (30%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
59-31 Days: If client requests cancellation 59-31 days before the event , (40%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
31-10 Days: If client requests cancellation 31-10 days before the event , (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
10 Days: If client requests cancellation 10 days and less of the event , NOT REFUNDABLE ( in case of emergency mentions at c.1 are eligible for (80%) of the contract amount ).

C. EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS

Documentation: If client requests cancellation less than 10 days , only for emergency situations are eligible for (80%) of the contract amount. ( kindly provided us the documentation or proof of the situation ) our team will verify for eligibility.

D. RESCHEDULING

Allowed: Client allows to be rescheduling the date of event with reasonable issue ( kindly confirm with caterer team for date availability for rescheduling date of event )

E. REFUND TIMING

45 Days: Our refund period is 45 business days.
Period: Please allow up to 40 business days after you've received confirmation from us for your refund to be processed.
If it has been longer than 45 business days , please contact us.

F. STEP TO FOLLOW

Review Your Contract: Understand the specific terms and conditions related to cancellation and refunds.
Communicate Promptly: Notify the catering service as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule.
Document Everything: Keep records of all correspondence and agreements related to your cancellation and refund.

G. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Terms: By booking our services , you acknowledge that you have read , understood , and agree to these terms and conditions.
