Ingredients
1 Family-sized bag of frozen vegetables
1 can of white beans
1 Tablespoon of oregano
4 teaspoons of onion powder
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
3 teaspoons of paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper
Nutritional yeast to your liking
¼ cup of vegetable broth
½ cup of coconut milk
3 Tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup of water
Instant Mash Potatoes
2 Tablespoons of butter (optional)
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a Pan put together all the ingredients except the instant mash and stir it together.
Put the instant mashed potatoes on top.
Put in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes or till the mashed potatoes are golden brown and drizzle butter on top.
