Mug omlet

Ingredients 

• Oil to coat the pan (3.19) 

• 2 large eggs (4.99)

• 1 tablespoon of milk (4.29)

• 1 tablespoon of cheese (2.29)

• 1 tablespoon of bell pepper (1.49)

• 1 tablespoon of green onion (1.99)

• Pinch of salt (4.29)

• Pinch of pepper (1.99)

Steps 

1. Spray the mug with the oil

2. Whisk together all the ingredients

3. Cook in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir repeat 2 times
