Polymer Quantum Cosmology
This research line is devoted to the implementation of Polymer Quantum Mechanics to the dynamics of the primordial Universe.
This approach aims to phenomenologically characterize cut-off effects emerging at the Planckian scale, with particular reference to the nature and physical implications of a Big-Bounce.
Comparison of the obtained results with other more fundamental approaches in Quantum Cosmology, like the Loop Quantum Gravity or the non-commutative Algebras, is also a basic focus in these studies.
