Black Hole Physics

This research lines discuss the hydrodynamical equilibrium around spherically symmetric and axial-symmetric Black Holes.

Particular attention is devoted to the emergence of ring-like structures and to its implications in view of the accretion properties of these super-Eddington accretors.

Aspects concerning the influence of the magnetic field on the morphology of the matter and angular momentum distribution is considered within the framework of GR-MHD theory.
