On Monday June 22, 2020 around 18:15 the Volusia County Fire Rescue, Seminole County Fire Department, Deltona Fire Rescue, Orange City Fire Department and Volusia County EMS responded to the area of 1131 Fishermans Dr for the report of a house fire.

Upon the arrival of Tender Engine 36 crews reported a Confirmed House Fire with light smoke showing, immediately Seminole Co Fire Dept BC4 and TK24 were dispatched on auto aid for additional water. TE36 and E64 began an aggressive fire attack and quickly knocked down the fire. Upon the arrival of Battalion 61 Fishermans Dr Command was established, and later turned over to Battalion 30. Upon the arrival of EVAC 210, EMS Command was established. Units fought the fire for 5 minutes before the fire was under control and SCFD TK24 was cancelled, furthermore after approx 30 mins onscene the fire was under control and units began to mop up. No injuries were reported, no hazards, all units were onscene for approx 1 ½ hours
