Trombone

The trombone is another brass instrument that uses a larger mouthpiece.

How to get a sound:

1. start with lips together like with trumpet (m & m)

2. buzz your entire lips like a horse

3. practice buzzing fast and slow like with the trumpet

Tip:

- Position the mouthpiece closer to your nose, farther from your chin.

*Buzzing on the bottom 1/3 of the mouthpiece will make it easier to play high.
