Flute

The flute is a woodwind instrument. It is small and light and plays the melody a lot!

To get a sound on the flute:

1. kiss the tone hole, then roll the mouthpiece back so the bottom lip barely touches the edge of the tone hole

2. say "mmm poo" -> when you say "poo" barely break your lips apart

3. through that tiny hole, blow fast air across the tone hole (this is similar to blowing over a bottle to make a sound)
