Arrival & Transportation

Arriving by Plane

The closest airport to camp is St Louis International. If you are flying we will provide airport transportation on the following days and times:

• Saturday May 16th at 6pm

• Sunday May 17th at 11am

If you are needing airport transportation please email us with your flight arrival information. 

Arriving by Car

Staff training will begin at 1pm on May 17th. If you are driving to camp you will be greeted by camp staff to help you through the check-in process. You will follow a similar process to our campers, so for this reason please do not arrive any earlier. 

Cub Creek Science Camp is located at 

16795 State Route E, Rolla MO 

Directions from St. Louis, Missouri

Take I-44 West to Rolla exit #185. At the exit, follow the roundabout to the right and take the second exit onto Hwy E. Bear River Ranch is located 8.8 miles on the left on Hwy E

Directions from Springfield, Missouri

Take I-44 East to Rolla exit #185. At the exit go left to cross on the overpass of I-44. Follow the round about to the right and take the second right onto Hwy E. Bear River Ranch is located 8.8 miles on the left on Hwy E

Directions from Jefferson City, Missouri

Begin on US-50 East for 11.3 miles. Take US-63 south towards Rolla for 32.3 miles. Take the Hwy A exit on your right, just south of Vienna, MO. After 7.5 miles, Turn right onto Hwy E. Bear River Ranch is located in ½ mile, on your left.

End of Camp Travel

The last day of camp for staff is August 8th. All departure flights need to be booked for Sunday, August 9th. If you will be using camps airport transportation on August 9th, please arrange a return flight leaving St Louis Airport after 1pm.
