No. Spring picture day is an optional picture day for families that would like to purchase individual student portraits with a spring themed background. These individual portraits are not used for your school's yearbook and are intended for your personal family archives.
Yes. We traditionally photograph your student's class group on spring picture day. All students are included in your class group photo regardless of purchase. If your school already offered class groups in the fall then we do NOT take another group photo in the spring. Check your order form for details.
Stay alert to your school's announcements for your scheduled picture day. It may take place over one day or two days (depending on the school type).
Your school will distribute either a digital flyer advertising picture day or a physical flyer with a perforated envelope. It will provide information for how you can preorder pictures. Ordering online is the best and recommended method. Reminder that picture day is a school fund raiser, and any order you place supports your school.
We recommend students wear solid colored clothing and avoid reflective jewelry.
Yes. Spring picture day is a prepay. We will only photograph individual portraits of students that bring an order form with payment to the photographer. Please make sure that your order form makes it to school on picture day. Please note that if your student does NOT bring an order envelope with payment to the photographer on spring picture day then we do not photograph his or her individual portraits.
Your class group will be available as both a prepay and for purchasing later. If you forgot to purchase this photo in advance then you may still purchase after photo day online. Your student will still be included in the class group photo regardless of purchase.
Keep in mind that picture day is a school fund raiser, and any order you place supports your school.
If your student was absent during picture time and you have prepaid for an online order then please contact our customer service team for a refund. If your teacher has an order form with another method of payment already at the school then please check with your teacher or school to recover your order form.
Please review the online digital flyer and your physical order form envelope for instructions. Payment is accepted by cash, check, or online credit card. Online ordering will close around 7:00pm EST the day before picture day. The order form must be given to the photographer on picture day.
Please note that if your student does NOT bring an order envelope with payment to the photographer on spring picture day then we do not photograph his or her individual portraits. Your student will still be included in the class group photo regardless of purchase.
Your student's picture package will be delivered to the school approximately four to five weeks following picture day. You may also order additional prints or specialty products online. Your student was given a paper with a QR code on it. Students are instructed to bring this paper home. You can scan the code with a smartphone to enter his or her gallery.
Please note that photos take up to four weeks to be posted online. If you attempt to view the gallery too early then it will display a message that the gallery is not active or has expired. Rest assured that you will see the photo soon!
