By ordering online, you have the convenience and security of paying by credit card, instead of sending cash or check with your child. You’ll also get a receipt emailed to you. Plus, you may add individual prints, photo gifts, and special offers to your order with exclusive product combinations and items that you can only get online.
Currently, we do not offer prepay for sports pictures. All ordering will be available online approximately 3-4 weeks after picture day. Be sure that your athlete is aware to take his or her individual picture.

Each student has a unique online gallery. Your student was given a paper with a QR code on it. Students are instructed to bring this paper home. You can then scan the code with a smartphone and enter his or her gallery.
If your high school or middle school receives student ID cards from us then your student's online information can be found on the bottom of the card.
Please note that photos take up to four weeks to be posted online. If you attempt to view the gallery too early then it will display a message that the gallery is not active or has expired. Rest assured that you will see the photo soon!

A list of each team's gallery will then be displayed. You will then type your team's specific code. It typically uses the same general access code you just typed AND includes an abbreviated sport name (i.e. girls volleyball = GVB). Please see the list for your actual code.

Yes. Keep in mind that after you add one athlete's package to your cart then you will need to switch online access codes if you have two or more athletes playing different sports.
It depends on when the order was placed. Once an order is placed online and processed then it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please email us so we can review your specific order to see if any adjustments can be made.
Certain custom print and specialty products are produced separately from portrait packages. In some cases, we work with the school to get these items ready and delivered at the same time. If these items are shipped to your home then they may have shipped in separate envelopes or boxes due to the item in question.
Sports orders may be sent directly to your home and you’ll need to pay a shipping fee.
Mail-home orders typically take up to four weeks to process and ship.
If your school allows a "school pickup" option then it can take up to eight weeks to process and ship.
Due to COVID-19, you may experience longer than average wait times, including orders arriving later than originally estimated. We appreciate your patience as we strive to continue providing the products and services you love.
Our images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced from the individual prints. However, you can go online and purchase a digital download of your athlete's individual image. Along with the digital image, you will receive the photo release for the image so prints can be made. You will need to provide this photo release to any print shop to produce your copies. If you have questions, please contact us.

We use the student information you provide us for picture identification and to track an order for customer service.
Sports individual downloads take up to 48 hours for delivery to your email address provided.
If you ordered a digital download or it was included in your package and you did not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk filter in your email. Sometimes the emails get accidentally filed away by your email provider. If it is not in your Spam/Junk folder, we may not have your email or the email address we have on file is incorrect. Please email customerservice@candidcolor.net with your child’s name, school name, order number and information that you did not receive your digital download and have already checked your spam filter. We will send you the image you did not receive.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please email our customer service to let us know why you are unhappy with your pictures. There may be something we can do to improve the quality of your pictures. However, if you are sure you would like a refund, simply return your entire package within 30 days of receipt to Candid Color Photography.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital products like the downloadable image. This is due to the nature of the product you are purchasing.
