A variety of packages, ala carte prints, and specialty products are available for purchase. Select items require the purchase of a package.
By ordering online, you have the convenience and security of paying by credit card, instead of sending cash or check with your child. You’ll also get a receipt emailed to you. Plus, you may add individual prints, photo gifts, and special offers to your order with exclusive product combinations and items that you can only get online.
Pictures are available online around three weeks after picture day. You’ll need to enter your senior's unique access code (via the email notification/inscribed on your physical proofs) to see them. In most cases, you will receive the email notification to view the pictures online first before you receive the physical proofs by mail.
Each senior has a unique online gallery. You will need his or her access code. This will be found in the email notification we send when photos are available to view online. The code will also be inscribed on the physical proofs.
Senior images are kept on file for up to three years before they are archived.
We offer packages that are from one pose and up to five poses. You have the option to add a pose to any package for an additional charge. You may also order ala carte prints from as many poses as you like.
Your online and physical proofs arrive un-retouched. Once you place a portrait order from one or multiple poses, basic retouching is included in any order. Basic retouching includes facial blemishes only. For items that require more work (like braces, scars, fly-away hairs) you will want to select the special retouching option. This is an additional charge and is per proof.
You can add one senior's portrait package order to your shopping cart and then access another to add a second order for another senior. This may depend on how your browser handles caching and cookies for our shopping cart. Ideally, we ask that you place one order per student for production purposes.
Yes. Shipping is a separate charge.

It depends on when the order was placed. Once an order is placed online and processed then it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact our customer service so we can review your specific order to see if any adjustments can be made.
Senior portrait orders are shipped based on production timeline, the type of pictures you ordered, and whether the order is placed during our high volume season:
Deluxe portraits - Allow up to eight weeks
StarMark portraits - Allow up to ten weeks
Old Masters portraits - allow up to twelve weeks
Online orders are typically the fastest to produce while mail-in orders take longer.
Certain custom print and specialty products are produced separately from portrait packages. If these items are shipped to your home then they may have shipped in separate envelopes or boxes due to the item in question.

Our images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced from the individual prints. However, you can go online and purchase a digital download of your child’s image. Along with the digital image, you will receive the photo release for the image so prints can be made. You will need to provide this photo release to any print shop to produce your copies. If you have questions, please contact us.
Yes. You may order a digital download of your senior images. You can purchase downloads with or without a package. We offer a quantity discount on specific number of images.
Digital images are delivered at a high resolution and allow you to print an 8”x10” format.
Digital products are delivered via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or misspelled email addresses.
Downloads are normally available within four weeks after placing your order. Your order includes basic retouching, and the image has to be retouched before the image is sent to you. If you ordered special retouching then it may take a little longer as our photo retouchers spend more time making sure your images are just the way you want them. The number of images may also impact the timeliness of receiving your download(s).
Please check your Spam/Junk filter in your email. Sometimes the emails get accidentally filed away by your email provider. If it is not in your Spam/Junk folder, we may not have your email or the email address we have on file is incorrect. Contact customerservice@candidcolor.net with your senior's name, school name, order number and information that you did not receive your digital download and have already checked your spam folder. We will resend you the image you did not receive.

Yard signs are 18x24 and are made of a rigid material that can withstand rain. A yard stake is included. Multiple colors are available to select from. You can select your image, enter your senior's name, and the school he/she attends. Note that we are not responsible for misspellings or incorrectly selected images when you design your yard sign on the shopping cart. Yard signs are shipped separately from any portrait order, and components are shipped in two boxes. Production time follows our quoted times for portrait packages. If your sign and/or yard stake arrive damaged then contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement at no charge.
