All graduation day orders must be placed online. By ordering online, you have the convenience and security of paying by credit card. You’ll also get a receipt emailed to you. Plus, you may add individual prints, photo gifts, and special offers to your order with exclusive product combinations and items that you can only get online.
We do not offer prepaying for graduation day pictures. All ordering will be available online approximately five to seven business days after graduation day.

Your school should have assisted with distributing digital flyers with your school's information on how to order. You will visit www.candidcolor.net and click on the Graduation Day link. Your school has a unique access code that will be displayed on the flyer.
Please note that photos take five to seven business days to be posted online. If you attempt to view the gallery too early then it will display a message that the gallery is not active or has expired. Rest assured that you will see the photo soon!

Images will be posted in folders based on the type of picture taken. I.e. Diploma = graduates walking across the stage to receive the diploma. Images are posted in order of how they were taken by the photographer.

Unfortunately, our staff cannot assist with locating your specific graduate. Parents are to locate their graduate(s) in the gallery. Our shopping cart has a "Favorites" button that help anyone earmark their favorite images and/or poses.
Graduation images are posted in folders based on the type of image being taken. Images within each folder are in order of how the photographer took them. For the "Walk Across The Stage" portrait, those images will be taken in order of how the graduates were announced and walk across the stage.
In a rare case, we may have not photographed your graduate as he or she rececived the diploma. Factors outside of our control that would have prevented this include obstructed views by other participants as the graduation moves on a time schedule or the graduate being photographed was positioned in a unique spot to not fully capture his or her face.
You can order pictures from our website throughout the summer. We recommend ordering ASAP before the gallery is disabled.
Yes. You may select multiple photos of different graduates and add them to your cart.
It depends on when the order was placed. Once an order is placed online and processed then it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please email us so we can review your specific order to see if any adjustments can be made.
Certain custom print and specialty products are produced separately from portrait packages. In some cases, we work with the school to get these items ready and delivered at the same time. If these items are shipped to your home then they may have shipped in separate envelopes or boxes due to the item in question.
Yes. Graduation orders are shipped directly to your home and you’ll need to pay a shipping fee.
Mail-home orders typically take up to four weeks to process and ship.
Due to COVID-19, you may experience longer than average wait times, including orders arriving later than originally estimated. We appreciate your patience as we strive to continue providing the products and services you love.
Our images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced from the individual prints. However, you can go online and purchase a digital download of your athlete's individual image. Along with the digital image, you will receive the photo release for the image so prints can be made. You will need to provide this photo release to any print shop to produce your copies. If you have questions, please contact us.

We use the student information you provide us for picture identification and to track an order for customer service.
Individual downloads take up to 48 hours for delivery to your email address provided.
If you ordered a digital download or it was included in your package and you did not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk filter in your email. Emails may be accidentally flagged by your email provider. If it is not in your Spam/Junk folder, we may not have your email or the email address we have on file is incorrect. Please email customerservice@candidcolor.net with your child’s name, school name, order number and information that you did not receive your digital download and have already checked your spam filter. We will send you the image you did not receive.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please email our customer service to let us know why you are unhappy with your pictures. There may be something we can do to improve the quality of your pictures. However, if you are sure you would like a refund, simply return your entire package within 30 days of receipt to Candid Color Photography.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital products like the downloadable image. This is due to the nature of the product you are purchasing.
