Senior Portrait Yearbook Selection

You will receive an email from us that lets you know once pictures have been posted online and the direct link to view your gallery. If you paid for proofs then the access code will be printed on your proofs.

• Type your senior's access code when prompted.

• Click the Yearbook Selection button on the bottom right.

• Select your pose.

Sorry , we do not accept write-in notes on online orders for your selection. You must follow the exact steps listed above.

Yes, you have the option to mail in your pose selection. However, you may miss your school's selection deadline due to the post office delivery timeline. Making your selection online is the easiest and fastest way to choose your pose.

No. You are not obligated to purchase portraits in order to make your selection. You may make a yearbook selection at any time prior to your school's selection deadline. You also have the option to place an order later OR place an order and make your selection at the same time.

No. Yearbook selections are free of charge.

You must select a tuxedo or drape pose against the standard yearbook background. Typically this will be a blue or grey background (your school may be different).

Your yearbook staff will be looking for uniformity in the senior section and needs to make sure that all poses are compliant. Selections from casual poses, outdoor poses, cap and gown poses, and poses using a non-compliant background color will be rejected.

Please speak to your school's yearbook staff if you have any questions about which pose is eligible.

This date will vary per school and will be different each year. This is due to facilitating yearbook publishing deadlines. If the school waits too long then that will delay the printing and final delivery of your yearbook.

We highly recommend you not delay and make your selection as soon as your images are available to view online.

It depends.

• If you place a portrait order from the exact pose that you select as your yearbook pose then the retouched picture will be used in the yearbook. This is also based on the timeline of when you place your order and when your school's selection deadline is.

• If you do not order any portraits OR you place a portrait order from a pose that is DIFFERENT from your yearbook selection then it will NOT be retouched.

It depends on how close your school's selection deadline is. Please contact our customer service so we can review your request to see if any adjustments can be made. Please note that your newly selected image will not be retouched unless you placed a portrait order from that specific pose.

Please contact our customer service. We need to know your senior's legal first and last name, student ID number, the original school they attended, and the new school they attended. This is important so the picture is included in the correct yearbook. We cannot guarantee your senior's photo will appear in the new school's yearbook due to each school's unique publishing deadlines.

We use the legal name provided by the school. We do not know if your senior goes by a middle name, abbreviated first name, or nickname. Please reach out to your school's yearbook staff to clarify what name you want to use in the yearbook. The yearbook staff has final editorial approval for all names and images.

You will still be included in the yearbook. We work with your school's yearbook staff to select the best appropriate pose for your yearbook photo. We can’t guarantee that it will be the one you prefer.
