Welcome
Welcome to CBT for Dissertation Success.
This course is designed to help doctoral candidates identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that interfere with dissertation progress. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, you will build awareness, strengthen self-regulation, and develop sustainable academic habits that support persistence and completion.
