How Long Things Should Take
This course is designed to fit into a busy doctoral schedule.
Minimum weekly time: 30–45 minutes
Typical weekly time: 60–90 minutes
Maximum (if completing everything): 2–3 hours
If you only have limited time, focus on the required components. Even small, consistent engagement is effective.
A Reassuring Note About Completion
You do not need to:
Complete every worksheet
Read every article
Watch every video
Feel motivated every week
Progress in this course is measured by awareness, reflection, and skill‑building, not by completion checklists. Repeating exercises, skipping weeks, or returning later are all normal and expected.
This course is a support tool, not another obligation.
Best Practice for Success
Choose progress over perfection
Use the tools that resonate most
Revisit exercises when challenges resurface
Treat this course as a companion to your academic work, not a replacement for it
You are building sustainable habits—not just getting through content.
