For transferring tickets, use the email originally received from Billetweb. To change ownership, navigate to "Manage my order" located at the bottom of the email, where you can update the name and email address.
If you find yourself in the position of reselling your ticket, we kindly request that you do so at face value. For those purchasing tickets from others, we encourage you not to pay more than the ticket's face value.

The ticket price is used to finance the rental of the venue, logistics, security, finance art, tools, food for volunteers, etc. If there is any profit, part of it will go to another non-profit origanisation, the rest will help finance other projects of the association.
