Photography
At Crème Brûlée, like some other Burns, we've implemented a deliberate approach to managing image capture. This involves accrediting a select group of photographers and videographer. Accessible and approachable, these volunteers actively engage with attendees, respecting their autonomy. If someone prefers not to be captured, they can readily communicate this, and the photographers and videographers, led by Hervé Photograff and Izzy.
Why is that?
Our primary goal is to help you let go of your phones and to offer you the gift of a nice souvenir of these moments.
The 2nd goal is to enforce precise control over captures, adhering strictly to the charter's guidelines. These include respecting consent, acknowledging visual cues signalling a desire not to be captured, refraining from filming nudity, and obtaining explicit verbal agreement before close-ups, among other specifications.
The third goal is to limit images being published without consent. We therefore ask you all NOT to take and even more so to publish photos or videos on social media for which you haven't asked for consent.

Fill in this dedicated form AT ARRIVAL so we can contact you. This will allow us to send you the photo albums and the official video BEFORE RELEASE so we can remove the photos and blur the videos before publication.
If despite of these precautions,, if ever some images of you appear on our networks, we will remove them quickly after receiving a message from you on Discord or Facebook. For videos, we will blur the passages.
