Do not arrive before opening date. (Except registered builders).
If you arrive earlier, you will be refused access to the site. And we will ask you to camp at a campsite nearby. No wild camping near the site! (This puts us in a bad position with the town hall).
Cars remain in the parking lot upstream of the site.
If you have a lot of equipment to transport, we have specially designed carts to help you! (the strength of arms, legs and wheels, the green force!)
If you want to be sure of the quality of the carts, or simply want to help build them, come to the pré-build from April 27 to May 5.
🎪 If you are in a camp, you could near your camp.
⛺ If you are not in a camp, you will need to pitch your tent at the designated areas. (Tents on the map) You can also create a “common space” and offer non-noisy activities such as yoga, games, etc. Amplified sounds are not allowed in these camping areas.
🚿 There are 2 sanitary blocks with toilets , sinks and showers in cabins, sinks for washing dishes... with hot water (see map below). You will also find temporary urinals (female and male) on the site. Please keep these areas clean.
♨️ There is no community kitchen, everyone is self-reliant to prepare their meals.
The site has 2 barbecues: you may use them between 11am until 10pm. Bring your own charcoal if you wish to use them. Apart from these and the camp BBQs, it is forbidden to set up your gas stove in the camping area without priori authorisation.
Bring your headlights but also small lights, LED, etc. Read Packing List for essential items to bring.
Network on site is rather weak and there is no access to Wi-Fi. Disconnect from the virtual world and fully immerse in the live experience.
In order to allow everyone to sleep, and at least rest their ears, we are setting up "quiet" hours (10am to 4 pm) where all amplified sound systems are turned off.
Volunteers will have access to one meal prepared by the Popotte. Bring your reusable cutlery and plates to eat there. Outside your shifts, remember to bring your own food.
