On the 10th of every month at 8 PM, shift availability opens up for the following month.

Shifts must be added by the 20th of the month, at which time the calendars are finalized.

After the 20th, you can reschedule shifts, but you must notify your Department Coordinator, and this will be counted as a "Rescheduled Shift."
