Waar halen we de sleutels van het appartement op ?

Na reservering geeft u uw verwachte aankomsttijd door. Op het afgesproken tijdstip zal onze lokale vertegenwoordigster Lidia u bij de ingang van het appartement ontvangen. Zij overhandigt u de sleutels, neemt de inventaris met u door en maakt met u een afspraak voor uw vertrek.

Where do we collect the keys of the apartment?

After booking you pass on your estimated time of arrival. At the appointed time our local representative Lidia will receive you near the entrance of the apartment. She hands you over the keys, explanes you the inventory and makes an appointment with you fore you departure.

Hoe krijg ik meer informatie?

Ruim voor uw vertrek ontvangt u een informatiemap met daarin alle noodzakelijke gegevens over het appartement, de aanrijd-routes, supermarkten, enz. Op onze website vindt u nog meer informatie.

How do I get more information?

Well before your departure, you will receive a brochure containing all the necessary information about the apartment, the driving routes, supermarkets, etc. You will find even more information on our webstite!

Is er toeristische informatie?

In de kast in de woonkamer staan een aantal mappen met daarin informatie over de streek.

Can I have touristic info?

In the cupboard in the livingroom there are a few maps with information over the surroundings.

Hoe verloopt het uitchecken ?

Bij aankomt heeft u een tijd afgesproken voor het uitchecken. Lidia zal op dat moment bij u aanwezig zijn in het appartement. Samen controleert u het appartement op beschadigingen en inventaris. Daarna neemt ze de sleutels weer in ontvangst en wenst u een goede terugreis.

How does the check-out work?

Upon arrival, you have agreed a time for the check out. Lidia will be present in the apartment at that moment. Together you check the apartment for damages and the inventory. After that she takes back the keys and wishes you a good return journey.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn borg retour?

Bij reservering of tijdens het inchecken heeft u de waarborg betaald via een bankoverschrijving. Na het uitchecken geeft Lidia aan ons door dat de borg kan worden terugbetaald. U ontvangt deze dan op hetzelfde rekeningnummer, waarvan u ook heeft betaald.

When will my deposit be refunded?

You have paid the deposit by banktransfer at reservation or at check-in. After checking out, Lidia informs us that the deposit can be refunded. You will then receive the amount at the same account number, of which you have paid it.
