1. How long will it take until I get my project?
Most projects take 3 - 7 business days to complete. This may be extended due to our work queue being more full than usual. If you are on a time crunch, please inquire before booking. So that we can give you an idea of the turnaround.
2. How does your design process work?
To confirm your order,

Share your written project details in our inbox.
We review your order and request a 30% token money. (non-refundable)
After completion of the work, we will will share the concepts with you within 3-7 days.
You can ask for necessary corrections and revisions (Maximum 5 times) within 2 days.*
After your confirmation, Balance of project fee requested prior to delivery
Final files are sent to you via email.

3. What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $10, but we quote all projects with flat rates because it's easier and budget-friendly for you. The hourly rate only applies if you need minor edits to your existing designs.
4. Do you print?
No, we don’t.
5. Is MS PowerPoint design & Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop design same?
No, they are not the same. Adobe Illustrator is better when it comes to print materials and overall designs.
6. What is a business day?
A business day means 8 hours a day except on holidays and weekends.
7. How long have you been designing?
My ASUS TUF M5 mouse has been clicking away since 2020. I have been designing for businesses and individuals nationwide since 2021. (Head Designer)
