1. How long will it take until I get my project?
Most projects take 3 - 7 business days to complete. This may be extended due to our work queue being more full than usual. If you are on a time crunch, please inquire before booking. So that we can give you an idea of the turnaround.

We review your order and request a 30% token money. (non-refundable)
After completion of the work, we will will share the concepts with you within 3-7 days.
You can ask for necessary corrections and revisions (Maximum 5 times) within 2 days.*

3. What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is €10, but we quote all projects with flat rates because it's easier and budget-friendly for you. The hourly rate only applies if you need minor edits to your existing designs.
4.Whats the meaning of intellectual property? What if we don't want you to display the logo in your portfolio?
Intellectual property (IP) is a legal category of intangible creations of the mind. If you don't want us to display the designed logo in our portfolio's, than you would have to pay a compensation of $5000 for the logo. Which we totally discourage, as we prefer to upload our designed project in our portfolio, rather than taking $5000 for it.
5. Do you print?
No, we don’t.
6. What is a business day?
A business day means 8 hours a day except on holidays and weekends.
7. How long have you been designing?
My ASUS TUF M5 mouse has been clicking away since 2020. I have been designing for businesses and individuals nationwide since 2021, globally since 2023. (Head Designer)
