Terms and Conditions for BS and I Network Roadside Travel Assistance Service
Effective Date: November 1st, 2024
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Chauffer Services. ("Services") provided by BS and I Network Roadside Assistance "Company," "we," or "us". By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, mobile app, or by phone.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a booking confirmation is sent to the customer.
For last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee availability and may charge additional fees.
2. Rates and Payment
As a valued member of BS and I Roadside Assistance Service, each client is entitled to (1) one travel assistance service every (90) ninety days.
Clients must be in good standing, meaning membership must be in current status and payment must NOT be in aware.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Any additional charges incurred during the trip will be built into the customer account
3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid future scheduling conflicts.

If the customer fails to show up at the agreed pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a "no-show" and the client will be responsible for their travel arrangements.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully and responsibly while in the vehicle.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger misconduct and will be charged for cleaning or repair costs.
5. Vehicle and Driver Availability
While we strive to provide the exact vehicle and chauffeur requested, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays) may result in changes.
In such cases, we will inform the customer promptly and provide a replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or passenger engaging in illegal activities or posing a threat to the safety of the driver.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any delays caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or mechanical failures.
The Company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables left in the vehicle.
Our liability for any claims arising out of the use of our Services will not exceed the total cost of the ride.
7. Insurance and Licensing
All of our chauffeurs are licensed and insured in accordance with local regulations.
Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety and comfort.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate details are provided at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, times, and any special requests.
If changes are needed to the booking, the customer must notify us as soon as possible.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
10. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
