BS and I Roadside Assistance Service values integrity, trust, and ethical relationships with its clients. Having said that, the deposit charged for service activation requires a common courtesy on the client’s behalf to give us advanced notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations, have certain expenses associated with it. Lost opportunities, paid wages, fuel, and vehicle amortization - are all examples of the losses that BS and I Roadside Assistance Service experience when clients choose not to use our service.
Cancellation requests received that are not within the 48 HRS window are at BS and I Roadside Assistance Service consideration to create a Refund. To ensure that we are protected against these losses. Please carefully review our activation of service policies on our website to familiarize yourself with them:
Cancellations – Should you elect to cancel your service with BS and I Roadside Assistance Service, written notification must be sent to BS and I Roadside Assistance Service customer service either online via the Contact Us link or WhatsApp- written notification must be received no later than 24 hours after signing the BS and I Roadside Assistance Service agreement. Cancellation requests that are not received within 48 hours of signing the original agreement with BS and I Roadside Assistance Service will receive a full refund, minus administrative fees. A 10% administrative fee will be charged on individual or family policy.
Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour grace periods are non-refundable, however; the deposit may be applied to a future Service with BS and I Roadside Assistance Service within 24 months (2) years) from the date of the original signed agreement. Once the customer request is received, our customer support specialist will reach out to you to confirm the cancellation. Customers are strongly urged to allow (7) seven to (10) ten business days for the refund to return to their account. If after (10) 10 business days and refund has not hit your account, please contact BS and I Roadside Assistance Service.
Re-Scheduling – We strive to provide flexibility to our customers. Re-scheduling activation requests are honored only after a telephone conversation with our agents at least 72 hours before.
