Out of Coverage Area Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- Service Provider: BS and I Network roadside assistance.
- Member: The individual or entity subscribed to the roadside assistance services.
- Coverage Area: Geographical location designated by the Service Provider where assistance services are available.
2. Service Availability
- Roadside assistance is only available to Members within the defined Coverage Area.
- The Coverage Area is subject to change; Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
3. Out of Coverage Area Policy
- If a Member requires assistance outside the Coverage Area, the Service Provider may:
BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Service has the right to offer or decline roadside assistance in out-of-coverage areas based on the safety of our technician and the distance traveled.
- BS and I Network Roadside Assistance offers assistance in out-of-coverage areas on a pay-per-use basis, with fees disclosed before service is rendered.
- Members will be informed of their out-of-area status when they seek assistance from a location not covered.
4. Fees and Charges
- For services provided outside the Coverage Area, additional fees may apply.
- Payment for out-of-area assistance must be made via accepted payment methods provided by the Service Provider.
5. Exclusions from Coverage
- Certain services may not be available even within the Coverage Area, including but not limited to:
- Towing over a specified mileage limit.
- Assistance for commercial vehicles.
- Assistance in hazardous conditions (e.g., severe weather).
6. Member Responsibilities
- Members must ensure that they are aware of their Coverage Area and associated benefits.
- Members should provide accurate information related to their location and vehicle when requesting assistance.
- Members are responsible for any charges incurred due to requesting service outside of the Coverage Area.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays in providing service outside the Coverage Area or for any failure to provide service under such circumstances.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of a Member being outside the Coverage Area.
8. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portland/ Jamaica in which the Service Provider operates.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- BS and I network Roadside Assistance Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through appropriate channels.
