Towing Service 

Terms and Conditions for Towing Services with BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Third Party Company

Effective Date: November 1st, 2024

By engaging the towing services provided by BS and I Network Roadside Assistance ("Service Provider"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1 Service Agreement: By requesting a tow, you affirm that you have the legal authority to authorize the towing of the vehicle. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or if the Customer cannot provide proof of ownership.

2. Payment Terms: BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Members are entitled to a discounted price on all towing services. All service must be prepaid unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment is accepted via the listed accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash, etc.. A surcharge may apply for after-hours services.

3. Discounts: Any applicable discounts must be mentioned at the time of service request and cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts are only applicable to the towing fee and not to any additional charges (e.g., labor, storage).

4. Service Limitations: The Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to reach the Customer within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability: The Service Provider will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during the towing process unless caused by the negligence of the service personnel. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal items are removed from the vehicle before towing.

6. Storage Fees: BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Member has the right to choose the decision on where vehicles are dropped off. In the case where the member requests a vehicle to be dropped off at a storage facility. Vehicles that are not picked up within 72 hours after towing will incur a daily storage fee of (Storage facility will make the decision on additional charges).

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 in a scenario where the vehicle is transported from one location to another. In scenarios where an accident is involved, 1 hour prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of BS and I Network Roadside Assistance Third-party Company make the decision on how much to charge members in reasonable amount. No-shows may also incur this fee.

8. Force Majeure: The Service Provider is not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Modification of Terms: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.

10. Governing Law: These terms will be governed by the laws of Portland/ Jamaica, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By proceeding with the towing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
