Speaker Bio
Matt Paknis is a senior management consultant who helps global clients thrive with healthy leadership practices and teamwork. Matt studied Organizational Behavior at Brown University and has guest lectured since graduating in 1984. Matt also played football at Brown and was asked to join its coaching staff following his unsuccessful NFL tryouts.
In the summer of 2017, a publisher engaged Matt to author a book on workplace bullying and abuse, based on his over twenty-five years of experience in helping organizations identify, address, prevent, and overcome toxic workplace behaviors.
The book, Successful Leaders Aren’t Bullies, was released and distributed by Simon & Schuster in September 2018. The book sold out in most international distribution channels.
