1. 삭제 요청 방법
이메일 제목을 “HEXRIVA 데이터 삭제 요청”으로 작성해 주세요. Player ID, 표시 이름(확인 가능한 경우), 랭킹 데이터 삭제를 원한다는 내용을 포함해 주세요. 비밀번호나 신분증은 보내지 마세요. 정확한 기록 확인과 무단 삭제 방지를 위해 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 삭제 대상
확인된 Player ID와 연결된 표시 이름, 국가 코드, 점수, 레벨 및 관련 랭킹 기록입니다.
3. 유의 사항
앱 제거만으로 서버 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다. 앱 제거 전에 Player ID를 보관해 주세요. 법적 의무나 보안상 필요한 정보는 해당하는 경우 보관될 수 있습니다. Google이 독립적으로 관리하는 데이터에는 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

1. How to request deletion
Send an email with the subject “HEXRIVA Data Deletion Request”. Include your Player ID, display name if available, and a statement requesting deletion of your leaderboard data. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may request minimal additional information to identify the correct records and prevent unauthorized deletion.
2. Data covered
Display name, country code, scores, levels and related leaderboard records associated with the verified Player ID.
3. Important information
Uninstalling the app does not delete server records. Keep your Player ID before uninstalling. Information required for legal or security purposes may be retained where applicable. Data independently controlled by Google is subject to its applicable policies.
