Our only venture to the Emerald Isle was for just 5 of us - Bob couldn't make this one. We stayed in a lovely hotel and played Cork Golf Club, Old Head Club, Fota Island and Lee Valley - all a good test of golf often in very windy conditions with the green of the  final hole at one course being a chip over large lake. While eating out each night we came across a pub/restaurant in the centre of Cork that professed to specialise in steak - unfortunately that particular evening the had run out of steak. The outcome on the final day was decided by just 1 point - the Fiddle Factor playing an important roll - with Colin receiving the trophy.
