Tweenbots

Tweenbots are very simple cardboard bots by Kacie Kinzer, that can't do much. They can only move forward at a constant speed, and will need help from people to point them in the direction of where the bot wants to go, shield them from dangerous situations and rescue them when they get stuck. Their intended goal is written on the flag they carry.

Teenbots show that random strangers are quite happy to help a lost soul, even if its clearly a bot. In one experiment in New York City's Washington Park, in total 29 people helped the Tweenbot to get from one corner of the park to another. The Tweenbot now forms part of the collection of MOMA, although it is no longer roaming the museum rooms.
