As stated on the home page: We expect all attendees to honor the spirit of this event. Bring a thematic force, a wacky force, something that differs from the current meta, be brave and experiment!
The event staff reserves the right to make a request to reconsider the submitted list, if the list strays too far from the spirit of the event.
Muster Lists must be handed in via the New Recruit app no later than one week prior to the event at 23:59:59 CET. Handing in a correct muster list on time will grant you Event Points.
When mustering your force, you shall use the latest version of the rules, found in the Ravening Hordes, Forces of Fantasy and Legacy Factions publications, as well as any Arcane Journals, the Matched Play Guide, official FAQs, errata and beta rules, as published at the Muster List Deadline.
You can use either the Grand Army composition list for your chosen faction, or you can use an Army of Infamy list from your faction’s Arcane Journal(s), as long as the Arcane Journal has been officially released by Games Workshop at the time of the Muster List Deadline. Additionally, players may use (the most recent version of) the Square Based Renegade Pack.
The Army Composition Rules for Grand Melee and Combined Arms will be used, as described in the Matched Play Guide. Allied Contingents and Named Characters are not allowed.
At our events we have chosen to house rule and clarify certain army composition and rules, to enhance the gameplay. The main goal is to prevent “feels bad” situations that prevent people from having a narrative and fun experience.
A model is allowed to make only two saves (e.g. an armour save and a regeneration save) Should a model have more than 2 saves, pick which one to use each time a wound is allocated to that model.
Vampire Counts: Bonuses for the ‘Accursed Reliquary’ and ‘Blasphemous Tome” special rules do not stack.
