Green Initiative: Tree Watering Drive at Jagannadhagattu

·       On 20 January 2019, the Department of Zoology organized a tree watering program at Jagannadhagattu.

·       This initiative aimed to promote environmental conservation and enhance the local ecosystem. Faculty members, students, and volunteers actively participated, ensuring that the trees received adequate water to thrive in the dry season.

·       The event not only emphasized the importance of maintaining green cover but also fostered a sense of community and responsibility towards nature.

·        Participants expressed their commitment to continuing such efforts, highlighting the program’s success in raising environmental awareness and encouraging sustainable practices.
