Print out the work sheet below or write down all of the acts of kindness on a sheet of paper or in a word document. Write down the date that you complete all acts of kindness in the box or on your own paper.
Have a grown up sign it and email it to wellnessbccsg@gmail.com or text a p.icture to Ms.LaLonde. You will receive a certificate and prize in the mail!

Draw a picture of something you do to keep your spirits up during your time at home, or draw a picture of you participating in one of the activities from the wellness website. Give your picture a title and tell us what is happening in it. We will choose one of your pictures for our cover page and the other pictures will go in an online gallery! Happy coloring!
