4. INSTALL EARLY GRADES IN YOUR COURSE
In order to increase student participation in the course surveys, we have incorporated some mechanisms which will anticipate the publication of the final grades for students who fill out the surveys, compared to their peers who did not submit them.
To activate these mechanisms we need your collaboration.
Please click here to read further instructions
Within 14 calendar days after your last session, the final grades must be entered into the overall grade. After these 14 days, the grades will automatically transfer to the Early Grades module, where students who have completed the survey will see their results on the same day, and 7 calendar days later, the rest of the students.
IMPORTANT: Professors whose last session is scheduled between December 7 and December 19 (both inclusive) will have 14 calendar days plus 19 additional days for the non-teaching Christmas period.
Remember that you should organize the review session with the students 48 hours after once the total 21 days Early Grades process has passed, or the total 40 days in the case of the last sessions scheduled between December 7 and 19.
Finally, after the review session, the last step is to upload and sign the Grade Report (“Actas”).
