Welcome to the First Church in Barre, Universalist. We are a Unitarian Universalist Church which means we welcome people of all faiths and traditions including those with no tradition at all. Our services are designed to uplift those things that makes us all fragile yet compassionate human beings. Join us Sunday mornings at 10 am.
In this church we do not ask everyone to look the same, think the same, believe the same thing, or identify in the same way. What we do ask is that we respect the worth of dignity of each individual in our words, our deeds, and our actions. Unitarian Universalism lifts up the believer rather than the belief. All who believe in love are welcome here.
