There is limited parking on Church Street in front of the church. These spaces are shared by the churches surrounding City Hall Park.
You will find ample parking on Merchants Row behind the Barre Opera House (diagonally across the street from the church). Parking is free on Sundays. From there it is a short walk to our church. We are the church with a clock in our steeple at the corner of Church Street and S. Main Street (Rt. 14).
In case of impending weather or other unforeseen events, news will be posted on our Facebook page and on this page by noon on the Saturday before a Sunday service.
Click on the link to connect to an online version of the Joys and Sorrows card. You may ask that your concern be shared in the sext Sunday service.
We gather in the sanctuary to support each other in learning and growing in meditation. All are welcome regardless of spiritual practice. Come in comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or mat for sitting.
Rev. Seiso Paul Cooper, a practicing Soto Zen teacher,
offers meditation sessions
every Sunday evening at 6:00 pm.
Attendance is free and donations are accepted.

The Minister or Leader
The Worship Leader usually designs the overall service and gives the main sermon or leads the main ritual for the service.
Ushers greet people at the front and guide them throughout so that they feel comfortable throughout the service.
Ushers help collect gifts at the Offertory.
The Tech Assistant
The Tech Assistant connects the service via Zoom to people who cannot attend in person.
Every November we challenge the congregation to play the Kindness game. Choose a playing card and then do the activity related to the card using the chart below. If you wish, send us a picture on Facebook or email to show it has been done.
