There is limited parking on Church Street in front of the church. These spaces are shared by the churches surrounding City Hall Park.
You will find ample parking on Merchants Row behind the Barre Opera House (diagonally across the street from the church). Parking is free on Sundays. From there it is a short walk to our church. We are the church with a clock in our steeple at the corner of Church Street and S. Main Street (Rt. 14).

Meditation Circle
We gather in the Parish Hall to support each other in learning and growing in meditation. All are welcome regardless of spiritual practice. Come in comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or mat for sitting.
Rev. Seiso Paul Cooper, a practicing Soto Zen teacher,
offers meditation sessions
every Sunday evening at 6:00 pm.
Attendance is free and donations are accepted.

The DeBaptism
The DeBaptism
A DeBaptism is a ceremony designed to help adults find closure around a baptism, christening, or other religious rite.
For some people, that early rite can carry unresolved feelings over time — a sense of obligation, or of being defined by beliefs chosen for them. This ceremony offers a calm, supportive space to reflect on those feelings and, for those who wish, to mark a new chapter in their own words. It is not a judgment on anyone’s faith, family, or upbringing, but a personal and optional step some adults find meaningful as they define their own spiritual life. It is open to people of any faith background, or none.
Participants who choose to take part will speak a personal declaration, light a candle, and receive a signed certificate marking the occasion. Those who prefer not to take part are welcome to attend simply as witnesses and support for others.
