These are simple and fast recipes that can be combined with the Master Mix recipe.
Mix 3 cups mix with ⅔ to 1 cup water until blended. Knead 10 times. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Yields 15-20 biscuits.
Mix 3 cups mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup water, and 1 egg* unti ingredients are just moistened. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12.
(8x8 inches): Mix 2 cups mix, 4 tablespoons sugar, ½ cup water, 2 ½ cup molasses, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ginger, ½ teaspoon cloves. Add half of the liquid, and beat for 2 minutes. Add rest of liquid, and beat for 1 minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Mix 3 cups mix, 1 cup sugar, ⅓ cup water, 1 egg*, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 cup quick rolled oats until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-22 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
Mix 5 cups mix with 1 cup sugar, ⅓ cup water, 1 egg*, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ½ cup nuts or chocolate bits, until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
Measure ⅔ cup sugar and ⅓ cup peanut butter into a bowl. Mix together very well. Add 1 egg*, 1 tsp vanilla, ¼ cup water and stir together. Add 1 ½ cups mix, work with your hands until you have a smooth soft dough. Fill a teaspoon with dough and drop it in a lump on a baking pan. Put lumps about 2 inches apart because they spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. or until golden brown.
Mix 3 cups mix with 1 ½ cups sugar, 1 cup water, 2 eggs*, 1 tsp vanilla, and ½ cup cocoa. Add ⅔ of liquid, and beat for 2 minutes. Add remaining liquid and beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees then bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Mix 3 cups mix with 1 ½ cups water and 1 egg*, until blended. Yields 18 pancakes or 6 waffles.
Mix 3 cups mix with 1 ¼ cups sugar, 1 cup water, 2 eggs* and 1 tsp vanilla. Add ⅔ of the liquid and beat for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the liquid and beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cook 1 lb. lean ground beef with 1 large chopped onion until browned. Add ½ teaspoon salt. Spread into a pie plate. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Combine ½ cup mix with 1 cup milk, 2 eggs*, and 1 teaspoon oil. Pour the mix into the plate. Bake for around 30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Mix 2 ½ cups mix with ¾ cup milk, ⅔ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp honey, ¼ lb (about 6 slices) deli ham, and 1 cup grated cheese (4 oz). Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir mix and milk to form thick dough. Roll into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick. In a small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard, and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls of sauce on the dough. Top with ham and cheese. Starting with one long end, tightly roll up dough. Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 equal rolls. Place rolls in a baking dish, cut side down. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix 2 cups mix and ⅔ cups milk until the mix is moistened and a soft dough is formed. Heat 1 can of a classic soup or stew to boiling. Add any additional spices you might like. Drop the dough by large spoonfuls into the boiling liquid then simmer for 10 minutes. Cover and continue to cook until the centers of the dumplings are not soft. You can make your own stew with 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup. Chicken or beef can also be added to the stew.
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a pie plate. Combine 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed with either 1 cup cooked chicken, turkey, beef, or additional vegetables. Put into the pie plate with 1 can of condensed chicken or mushroom soup. Stir together 1 cup mix, ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp oil, and 1 egg*. Pour into the pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Cook 2 cups diced chicken. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups mix with 1 cup water. Stir well (batter will be lumpy.) Pour into baking dish and spread out evenly. Combine 10 oz. enchilada sauce, 1 can cream of chicken soup, the chicken, 2 tbsp taco seasoning, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Combine well then evenly spread over the mix layer. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
EGG SUBSTITUTES:
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil + 1 teaspoon baking powder + 1 ½ tablespoons water = 1 egg
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar + 1 teaspoon baking soda = 1 egg
