EVIDENCE

I am a victim of family violence and financial control. 

I can identify the abusers and their cronies easily. 

The violence of neglect was by stealth and attacks via proxy in a way the de-identified the oppressors and was years long and coercive with malicious intentions. 

It was and still is enforced by the Australian Government up to ASIO and IGIS (1) who investigate ASIO and every systemic agency that is a foundation of Australian society and democracy. 

The police are the frontline offenders and further people that investigate the police IBAC and the Ombudsman.

I am the unwitting centre of an elaborate Government conspiracy and it has an aim: That into cause me malicious harm. 

It does that by rendering me without agency to act or get legal help or any assistance regarding human rights and exploits my already vulnerable predispositions. 

It robs me of money and has already done and is doing so.

This malicious government oppression, backed by two very influential people in Mr Steve Iasonidis (2) and Mr Russell Ball (3) - an influential lawyer who advises the Government, is behind it.

This is amplified by a vulnerable yet courageous autobiography 'Recovered, Not Cured' I wrote which is not used as a blueprint to exploit me.

I am universally treated with prejudice stigma and shame - it is not my shame that is to embody.

This combination of financial control and be being framed as different things has been ultimately violent and caused my death in a self inflicted fatal injury for which there is no recourtse.

Is toxic.

This abuse that immediately impedes my legal rights and this has ruined my reputation.

This systemic abuse - already proven - was the collective cause of my suicide attempt inside Weribee Mercy Hospital for which there is no recourse.

It is the law which states I am allowed legal access to the law.

It is my right to raise a complaint.

This tragedy off my death was a result not of mental illness but of profound systemic abuse and a sustained neglect and being framed. 

Cited as a ‘lethal attempt’ and a ‘fatal’ injury in the Weribbee Mercy Hospital FOI an apology was never much as muttered and zero atonement or recourse for the abandonment of duty of care and was blacked out of any compensation totally and utterly.

They are trying to kill me.

They are trying to hurt me.

I had basically survived a murder by proxy attack cowards and not a tear was shed by a soul.

Steve Iasonidis and I were in a live in 5 year relationship in which we were engaged from July 2010 - mid 2015. See the video of me giving him the ring. (a)

I was living off a total permanent disability payout from health super from 2008. I was receiving a disability pension.(c) 

TPD 1 x unit of cover was $83000. (d) This is an incorrect value.  Health supers Product Dislosure Statement in 2007 states 2 units for income protection and for TPD. AIA The insurer statedI had received 2 units of income protection (f) They denied the other unit of TPD cover. (G). This is because they knew I was banned at AFCA. (X) I also lost over 1-2 million in detriment there.

I selected 8 units of cover in 2004 when I joined north West Area Mental Health Service which the 2004 brochure states was allowed.(x) This is in spite of an AFCA Ombudsman ruling out that possibility (x). She stated there had to be an application process for more units- that was disproven. I also have records of my % of pay that went to Superannuation proving the 8 units were selected.

Additional documents cite a high insurance and TPD value was paid for reasserting my earlier stat dec and the cited document states $21.07. 1 unit of cover was only 1.07. (x)

which we were given the option to choose. I am banned from AFCA. (e).  

I lost 2 + million in detriment at AFCA. Bendigo bank still owes me $20000 plus a settlement for the $50000 and $19000 I lost in an online pokie casino which was illegitimate.(x) Plus there was HCF income assist that flat out refused today me -despite me being inside a hospital in a bed. (x)

Another case was brewing a part of the conspiracy. That was my work cover claim for illegitimate psychological injury- the result of my being framed out of not one but two VOCAT cases the last being a three year long childsexral abuse case where I was the child victim in which the magistrate cited I was’ doomed to fail’ (x)

This is because Russell ballad framed me to the government as an extortionist simply for making a complaint. I was treated differently and this is the definition of victimisation.

I suffered also the detriment of being cast from any justice and my evidence silenced from any court even though it was a legitimate and innocently recorded document.

I was banned from lawyers as Mr ball informs Government policy and also advises the ombudsman. 

My reputation forever ruined. 

The malice was frightening and caused me to lose faith in this dimension and its inhabitants. (f). 

Steve and I  lived at 15 white street Park Dale, then at 10 Raleigh St in Footscray. 3011. See our addresses  and leases. We had  joint bank accounts. (b) (c).  

I was framed by Mr Russell Ball of Ball and Partners as an extortionist for an innocuously made recording of a GP Dr Whitaker. (g). 

Dr Whitaker was not searchable on AHPRA database as a registered practitioner. His ABN had also lapsed.  (h)

Mr Ball framed me internally  to Government agencies HCC MHCC AHPRA NHPOPC The Police IBAC The Victorian Inspectorate and The Ombudsman. They all protected Dr iWhittaker and followed Mr Balls slander rejecting my valid evidence. (i)

I was the victim of family violence by financial control by Iasonidis in the relationship and after we broke up he withheld his super and assets from me. (j)

He even has the audacity to present himself on my local hook up media as if to cuss me.

My child sexual abuse case where I was a victim failed at VOCAT. (k).

That is due to Mr Ball framing me with libelled slander by stealth to Government Ombudsman as an extortionist something I only discovered after I had been marginalised and oppressed and victimised and incarcerated in Werribee mercy hospital and further attempted suicide from systemic oppression from the Government.

I attempted suicide after being persecuted and misdiagnosis plus ill treatment including hospital psychiatrist Dr Kumar who was aware Iasonidis worked for ASIO.

He also knew that I felt physically threatened by him for my life whilst with him and he told me to call police.

Suicide attempt was ‘lethal’ according to hospital FOI. Persecution had killed me.

After my ‘fatal’ injury I have had zero recourse.

I was without a lawyer and I was set up to fail at HCC MHCC AHPRA NHPOPC The Police IBAC Victorian Inspectorate and The Ombudsman. Meanwhile Mr ball Steve iasonidis and Dr Whitaker are laughing.

My abusers were privileged and had immense power and political privilege.

My valid GP complaint being ignored and my childdsexual abuse case failing and HCF refusing to pay my income assist and work cover refusing to pay an

When my valid complaint was ignored, it was because I was told a’recording’ is not legal to present.

The recording was permissible under surveillances act 1999 in State of Victoria.

I had a valid sexual abuse claim where I was the victim, but the magistrate cited I was ‘doomed to fail’, and I realised later that is because of Mr ball - who is a very influrentialman and he advoses Government policy and also the Ombudsman.

I am a failed whistleblower at the Ombudsman.

I have never maliciously  intended harm. Harris meant for me before I ‘died’ and after. It is still the situation that harm is meant for me.

I believe I am a scapegoat who: has never been appointed a lawyer - this is in opposition to the charter of human rights of people with a disability ratified by the Government in 2008. I demand one immediately. 

I can prove I paid 8 units of covet health Super. I can -prove my former partner Steve iasonidis worked for ASIO and exercised financial control which is family violence and is a police issue. The OPM refuse my FOI and in doing so embolden my abuse and aid and abet my death  by suicide as I am vulnerable and have been also violently assaulted. 

This family violence and oppression is intentionally  rendering me without money or power and have taken my Legal land human rights. I have tried my best to correct injustice. I act with my heart and have been exploited. I am a failed whistleblower at ASIC APRA AFSA and The Commonwealth Ombudsman and framed by Mt Russell ball of Ball and Partners as an extortionist - he used libel and slander internally to Government agencies and I can prove that. With evidence. SI owes me an at least $500000 settlement this is overdue immediately. 

I can prove he oppressed me via incarceration into Werribee Hospital in conjunction with being framed by Russell ball of Ball and partners - a lawyer who informs Government policy and advises the ombudsman.I only discovered this after I survived a’fatal’ suicide attempt. Hence I am an innocent person who has fought a war attacked via proxy by cowards with money and political privilege.Steve admitted he was present at murders-  but police wont listen to me nor act. He intends me malicious harm even still, and I can’t fight the entire world. 

This is family violence and it is further supported by the government and OPM who refuse my FOI and this would simply reveal the relationship in which we were engaged for 5 years in which he exploited me used me and dumped me. He exploited a 83000 payout from health super I was living off and he earns 30-40000 a month, I was on a DSP. I can prove I paid 8 units of cover and mowed at least two from health super now asa but they reject me because am banned at AFCA and universally scapegoated without human dignity.
