Making the most of the Loyalty Rewards Program

The doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) provides free product credits (points) for monthly purchases ordered on the program. When you participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn points that can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more points you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases!

You earn 10% your first 3 months, 15% your next 3 months (4-6), 20% your next 3 months (7-9), 25% your next 3 months (10-12), and 30% each month after.

Am I locked in to a specific date every month?

It is automatically shipped, but you change the shipping date anytime you want.
You will get a reminder email before your monthly LRP is pulled and shipped so you can stay on top of the products in your cart and when they are shipped.

What is PV?

PV stands for Personal Volume, but think of the "P" as Points if you need.
One PV equals one dollar of wholesale price for most bottles of essential oils.
The PV might be less than the wholesale price for kits and other doTerra products.
It's not just another abbreviation to confuse you - the PV for the LRP benefits you in many ways down the road.

How much do I have to spend each Month to participate doTerra LRP?

You are not locked into buying any particular products or spending a certain dollar amount.You can increase and decrease your order as needed by adding and deleting products. Make sure you make your changes 24 hours before the date of your next shipment. This gives you a month to plan your next LRP order.

An LRP order of 50 PV or more is needed to EARN product credit.
An LRP of 1-49 PV lets you put your earned credit & your earning level on hold until you are ready to place a larger monthly order.

An LRP of 100 PV or more gets Wellness Advocate into the bonus structure.
An LRP of 125 PV ordered before the 15th of each month gets you the free Product of the Month. Each month, doTerra offers a free product that will automatically be shipped with your LRP if that month's PV is 125 or greater.
An LRP of 200 PV or more could get you additional freebies. Past 200 PV promotions have been products retailing between $50 and $100, so this is a great way to stretch a dollar. It doesn't happen every month, but when it does, it's worth it!

Do My LRP Rewards Expire?

Yes, they LRP Rewards expired 12 months after earning them, so you will want to claim your rewards often. I recommend claiming them with your regular LRP order to save on the shipping. (See the video below)

Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn points
Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points
No maximum monthly point accumulation limit
Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue
Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only
Reward points can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in the new shopping cart
Redemption orders have no PV
A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply
Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before reward points can be redeemed
All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
Products purchased with LRP points are not for resale
Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151

Loyalty Rewards Fast Track

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with a Natural Solutions Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

100 LRP points
Start LRP point accrual at 15%

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with an Every Oil Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

200 LRP points
Start LRP point accrual at 20%

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with a Diamond Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

400 LRP points
Start LRP point accrual at 25%

* Points will be redeemable 60 days following enrollment. If the LRP is cancelled before 60 days, the new Wellness Advocate will not receive points awarded.

Only first-time Wellness Advocates who purchase these specific enrollment kits qualify for the Loyalty Rewards Fast Track Program. Loyalty Rewards Fast Track enrollment orders are not LRP orders and will not count towards Power of 3 bonuses or other LRP benefits.
