Dr. Baha Adam is a distinguished medical scientist and educator with a career spanning over two decades in clinical biochemistry, healthcare management, and medical education. Holding an MD, MSc, and PhD. Dr. Adam is a board-certified clinical chemist (DABCC) and a medical laboratory scientist (ASCP). His global academic journey includes impactful teaching roles at esteemed institutions such as the University of California, Davis, St. Cloud State University, and Xavier University of Louisiana, where he currently serves as a professor.

Renowned for his pioneering research, Dr. Adam has led significant studies in lipid metabolism, nanomedicine, and cancer therapeutics, earning over 1,250 citations and achieving an h-index of 19. His contributions include innovative nano-formulations for cancer chemotherapy and groundbreaking insights into lipid-related cancer therapy.

As an educator, Dr. Adam excels in curriculum development and interdisciplinary teaching across medicine, medical laboratory science, pharmacy, and physician assistant programs.     He has authored influential biochemistry and clinical chemistry textbooks, advancing the field's educational standards.
