Commitment Time Frame: May-September

Committee Description: The EdCamp committee works together to plan an effective professional development in the fall for school librarians across the state that allows the participants to drive the topics and themes of the EdCamp. 

Committee Expectations: 

• Assist in finding a sufficient meeting place or setting up an online meeting space

• Assist in finding lodging for traveling participants

• Arrange meals for the participants

• Finding sponsors for the event to cover food, prizes, etc.

• Assist with promotion of EdCamp

• Assist with set up, facilitation, and break down of event virtually or in-person.
