Joshua Cohn is an art teacher at Edison Middle School in Meriden, CT. Before joining the Edison team, he worked at the elementary level with students at Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Hooker, and John Barry in Meriden. He has a passion for teaching the arts to his students, along with challenging them to take charge of their learning to explore and become stronger learners. Cohn graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in December 2017 with a BS in Art Education. While at SCSU, Cohn was a member of the Honors College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is passionate about expanding his knowledge and methods for the classroom and finished his graduate studies in Curriculum And Instruction - Digital Teaching And Learning from SCSU in December 2022. In addition to teaching, Cohn is a Zamboni Ice Resurfacer operator, and Inventory Control Specialist for Connecticut Boiler Repair & Manufacturing Co., Incorporated.
