Setting up the Arlo wire free camera system involves the following steps-

• Installation of the base station by connecting the Ethernet cable from your router and plug in the power adapter.

For Arlo camera setup installation of Arlo app is important and if you have pre installed app link Arlo camra by Arlo log in.

· Make sure your phone is connected to your home network.

· Then from the Arlo app tap the Arlo icon on your device.

· To use Touch ID, tap Enable Touch ID

· Tap New System Setup

· Select Arlo (Wire -Free).

· Let the app automatically discover your device, select serial number to your base station from the menu.

· Select the time zone from the menu.

· Tap to Continue.

· Complete the required fields for account setup.

· Tap to Continue.

· Select a suitable Arlo camera subscription plan.

· Arlo comes with free 7 days recording and if you like to further expand your system to support more cameras or storage various subscription upgrades available.

· Be sure to verify your email before your setup is complete.

• Insert batteries into the Arlo wire free camera by removing the housing from back of the camera and pressing the battery release button.

Insert two batteries neat the back of the camera. Pay attention to the orientation of the batteries when you insert them.

Insert the battery with the Arlo logo facing up, close the battery door.

Camera is ready to sync.

Arlo’s basic subscription plan support up to five synced cameras. You can upgrade to a paid subscription plan to support more cameras.

• Before connecting the Arlo camera to the base station be sure to bring your camera 3 feet or 1 meter to your base station. Sync the Arlo wire free camera to the base station by pressing the sync button on the side to the base station, then wait for the sync status led to blink green, now press the sync button on the top of the camera until the blue led blinks.

• If the camera syncs the base station correctly the blue led blinks rapidly, if the led camera blinks orange you need to resync your camera.

• Insert the serial number of the camera you would like to install.

• Connect each camera at a time.

• Follow the instructions for every camera installation.

Place the camera in the suitable location.

• Arlo have Position mode which allows you to view what your camera sees.

Position mode is available only when the camera is not streaming, recording motion or in Motion Detection mode.

To place your camera in Position mode

· tap on Arlo icon on your device.

· Tap Settings.

· Then tap to Camera Settings.

· Under Camera settings, select the camera to position.

· Tap Position Mode, your camera starts streaming video.

If you want to Add a camera from another Arlo Account:

· Tap to Arlo icon on device.

· Log in to your Arlo account.

· Tap on Settings.

· Tap on My Device.

· Tap on Camera.

· In the settings of camera display, scroll down and tap Remove Device.

· The app will remove the camera from your account.

· Log out the Arlo app.

· Sync the camera again to the base station.
