Steps to fix arlo firmware update complete
Open Arlo Application or log in to my.arlo.com.
Then Go to "Settings" > "MY Devices."
Locate the camera that has to be upgraded among the alternatives.
Then Go to "Device Info," then "Firmware," and finally "Update." (Note: Do not remove the battery or open the battery door until the arlo firmware upgrade is complete.)
Make that the Blue and Amber LEDs on the Arlo camera are glowing when the firmware is updated or downloading. While the Firmware installation is taking place, the LED will be turned off for a few minutes.
The camera will then sync with the base station.
