Sanskrit when shuffled with religions has formed many of the rituals related to any suspicious event or festival.. Sanskrit was adequestely paced in advancing with Indo-European culture. Dharma is the term called for religion which is a basic concept for the religions like Jainism, Hinduism and Sikhism. Sanskrit’s Dharma has different meaning in different cultures. In Hinduism it means order that creates life possible, in Sikhism it refers to decency and proper practice of worshipping whereas in Jainism it defines the teachings of Jina and in Buddhism it means proper Law and Order.
Even in Hindu and Jain religions you will see stories and poems written generally in the language of Sanskrit. people of different cultures used to speak Sanskrit, the Buddhist monks used to preach Sanskrit to people.
