Kautilya's arthashastra is detailed description of how administration shall work providing a ground base for the kings and administrators ,the standardization helped in managing different spheres of economics be it war or financial structures . while reading the shloks we found many be kautilya too demonstrating how knowledge in arthashastra was transferred through mediums shlokas and passages .
