Our trained and certified birth doulas provide more than just support—we offer a calm, reassuring presence during one of life’s most powerful and intimate moments. From pregnancy through the first cries of your newborn, we walk alongside you with compassion, knowledge, and unwavering encouragement. We’re there to help you understand your options, advocate for your wishes, and create a birth experience that feels grounded, supported, and uniquely yours.
As your birth doula, we hold space for both the intensity and the beauty of birth—offering gentle guidance, emotional steadiness, and hands-on comfort when you need it most. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, we know this day matters. This is your baby’s one and only birth day, and it should be remembered not with stress or uncertainty, but with peace, pride, and love. We’re here to help you feel strong, seen, and fully supported—so you can look back on your birth story with joy, no matter how the details unfold.
My passion for birth work comes from a deep respect for how unique every pregnancy and postpartum journey truly is. Navigating my own experiences—including gestational diabetes—taught me that no two stories look the same, and every mother deserves care that honors her individual path.
That passion led me to further my education in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery—not just for myself, but so I could walk alongside other mothers with knowledge, confidence, and compassion. I believe this season of life should be remembered in the best possible way, and that every mom deserves to feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.
Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or finding your rhythm with a newborn, I offer calm, personalized care that meets you where you are—so you can move through this season feeling empowered, capable, and never alone.

I am deeply passionate about walking alongside families during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. My own unexpected birth experience showed me how valuable it is to have knowledgable and compassionate support. My births ignited a calling to help others feel informed, empowered, and truly seen throughout their journey. Whether it’s pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, adoption, or surrogacy, I am here to provide steady presence, guidance, and heartfelt care—meeting every family exactly where they are, with respect, grace, and unwavering support.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that every family deserves compassionate care, emotional safety, and someone who genuinely has their back. Walking beside you through this journey—its intensity, its tenderness, and its incredible transformation—is an honor I never take lightly.

I’ve always found birth incredible, and I continue to love it more and more as the years go by. My own births have ranged from an unplanned c-section and a short NICU stay, a planned birth center birth that ended in hospital transfer due to maternal fatigue, a 37 week preeclampsia induction, a beautiful home birth, and praying for another home birth this summer.
My love for doula work really has come from how much I needed a doula in most of my births. I have an immense love for labor support and the miracle of those moments, but my biggest heart is in the postpartum days.
Postpartum is such a raw, emotional, sweet time and I never want a Mama (or dad) to feel lost or overwhelmed. I look forward to the privilege of coming alongside you, listening to you, and pouring in to your family.

I also love nourishing our moms with wholesome, comforting food, believing that caring for the body is an essential part of the healing process.
I am confident in navigating the medical space and advocate fiercely for my clients, ensuring their voices are respected and their choices honored.
