Is a birth doula right for you?
If a natural birth feels right for you, you're not alone.
Whether you've always dreamed of giving birth at home or you're just beginning to explore water birth or an intervention-free experience in a hospital, we're here to support you every step of the way. As your birth doula, we bring calm reassurance, time-tested techniques to encourage progress and ease discomfort, and the kind of steady presence that helps you feel safe, seen, and fully capable.
Birth is powerful—and yes, it’s hard—but you don’t have to go through it alone. we’ll be by your side with open arms, grounded guidance, and an unwavering belief in your ability to bring your baby into the world in your own beautiful way.
It’s okay to feel nervous—birth is big.
Feeling unsure, anxious, or even a little scared is completely normal. Every birth is different, even having our own babies, we have felt those nerves. But you know what? We did it—and so will you!
As your birth doula, we offer a safe space to share your thoughts, your fears, and all the “what-ifs” that might be swirling around. During our prenatal visits, we’ll talk through your concerns and create a plan that makes you feel more confident and in control. And when labor begins, we’ll be right there—already tuned in to what matters most to you, offering steady support, and calming reassurance. Because some fears shrink when you don’t have to face them alone.
Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone.
Pregnancy and birth come with a flood of decisions—hospital or home, epidural or unmedicated, midwife or OB—and it can feel like every answer leads to more questions. Having options is empowering, but sorting through them all? That’s where we come in.
As your birth doula, we're here to walk with you through the noise. we’ll help you understand your options without pressure or judgment, and we’ll remind you that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to birth. We trust you to know what’s best for your body, your baby, and your family—and we’ll be there to support whatever path you choose.
Hiring a doula may be just one choice on your list—but it might end up being the one that brings the most peace of mind.
Your partner is your person. Your steady. Your safe place.
They know your heart better than anyone, and there’s no doubt you want them right by your side when you welcome your baby. As your birth doula, we don’t replace that bond—we help strengthen it.
Our presence allows your partner to be present with you, not stuck trying to remember every breathing technique or wondering if they’re “doing it right.” We're there to guide, reassure, and support both of you. If they need a break, a bite to eat, or just a moment to catch their breath, you’ll never be left unsupported.
Together, we create space for you to labor as a team—connected, confident, and cared for—so your partner can show up for you in the way only they can.
This is a day you’ll carry in your heart forever.
Every birth is its own beautiful story—no two are the same. But what you’ll remember most won’t be every contraction or clinical detail. You’ll remember the way your baby looked the first time you saw them. The way your partner’s eyes welled up. The way you discovered strength you didn’t know you had.
And I hope you’ll also remember how deeply supported you felt.
As your birth doula, we're there to hold space for joy, calm, and connection. Our goal is to make sure that no matter how your birth unfolds, the memory is surrounded with light—because this day matters. This is your baby’s one and only birth day, and it deserves to be wrapped in care, love, and peace.

As an End-of-Life Doula, I may perform many tasks, but the heart of my purpose is to offer non-medical support to patients and grieving families.
Companionship and a safe space for patients to talk about what they believe comes after death, helping them to come to terms with this next phase of life.
Assistance with End-of-Life paperwork like healthcare directives, wills, listing accounts, and gathering online passwords.
Working with the patient to create an End-of-Life plan — because doulas get to know their patients intimately, they can offer unique, personalized suggestions that the family may not be familiar with, such as spreading ashes at sea or memorial diamonds.
Helping the patient complete legacy projects to leave behind, such as writing letters, making art projects, creating scrapbooks, transcribing memories into a journal, or filming video messages.
Handling arrangements to make their final days more joyful, such as obtaining permission to bring a pet into the hospice room.
Relieving the burden on exhausted caregivers and offers emotional support to family members.
Makes the dying process more meaningful for everyone involved.
As an End-of-Life Doula, I can help you or your loved ones have the uncomfortable conversations surrounding topics like:
· Advanced Directives
· Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders
· Wills
· Power of Attorney (Legal and/or Medical)
· Arrangements for care and rehoming of pets
· Funeral Arrangements
